Chef Babette’s life journey has been filled with challenges and opportunities. A native of Los Angeles, California, Chef Babette’s experience has been a journey she appreciates. She believes that everything that could have destroyed her, led her to create a life of meaning and fulfillment. When she was 40 years old, she was transformed after being introduced to how food can make a difference in how you look and feel. Her husband introduced her to vegan food and cooking, propelling her to make lifestyle changes. These lifestyle changes cleared her mind and rejuvenated her body. She continues to look and feel younger, even though her chronological age increases each year. Transformed, Chef Babette and her husband decided to share their passion for food with others by opening Stuff I Eat (www.stuffieat.com) in Inglewood, California in 2008.
Passionate about helping others experience the transformation she did at age 40, Chef Babette would like to share with others her recipes, experience, and expertise.
